Terms of Sale & Shipping
Rx eyewear orders are payable by MasterCard or VISA at the time of ordering. All prices are stated in Canadian currency. Foreign exchange rates are estimates and are calculated by the credit card company when the transaction is processed.

Ordinarily we will ship your approved order in five to ten business days. During periods of exceptionally heavy demand we may need a few extra days to complete your order. You may, if you wish, email us to request the estimated delivery time of your order.

Your parcel will be sent by insured Federal Express, and there is no charge for this service.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, or if it was damaged in shipping, please contact us by email or call us at 1-866-386-7979 within seven days to obtain a return authorization code and address. No returns will be accepted without this code.

Please note that shipping return cost is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not refundable.
